Butter Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 500g chicken, boneless
  • 1 cup Qutub Minar Butter Chicken Paste
  • 1 cup tomato puree
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

  1. In a pan, heat butter, add Qutub Minar Butter Chicken Paste, and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add boneless chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in tomato puree and cook until the mixture thickens.
  4. Stir in cream and garam masala, simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan or rice.
