Ingredients:
- 500g chicken, boneless
- 1 cup Qutub Minar Butter Chicken Paste
- 1 cup tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Fresh coriander for garnish
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat butter, add Qutub Minar Butter Chicken Paste, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add boneless chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour in tomato puree and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in cream and garam masala, simmer until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with naan or rice.
