Ingredients:
- 2 cups basmati rice
- 500g chicken, cut into pieces
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup Qutub Minar Biryani Paste
- 1 cup Qutub Minar Crispy Fried Onions
- 1/4 cup ghee
- Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
- Fresh coriander and mint for garnish
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken in yogurt and Qutub Minar Biryani Paste for at least 2 hours.
- In a pot, heat ghee, add whole spices, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until the meat is tender.
- Parboil rice and layer it over the chicken.
- Sprinkle Qutub Minar Crispy Fried Onions and garnish with fresh coriander and mint.
- Cover and cook until the rice is fluffy. Serve hot.
