Chicken Biryani

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 500g chicken, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 cup Qutub Minar Biryani Paste
  • 1 cup Qutub Minar Crispy Fried Onions
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • Whole spices (cinnamon, cardamom, cloves)
  • Fresh coriander and mint for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt and Qutub Minar Biryani Paste for at least 2 hours.
  2. In a pot, heat ghee, add whole spices, and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add marinated chicken and cook until the meat is tender.
  4. Parboil rice and layer it over the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle Qutub Minar Crispy Fried Onions and garnish with fresh coriander and mint.
  6. Cover and cook until the rice is fluffy. Serve hot.
